Rental Management Program

Marketing – LM PM will list your rental on our website and link it to other vacation rental websites to maximize your rental exposure. A promotional sheet for your property will be prepared.

Managing of Calendars – LM PM will manage the calendar on behalf of the homeowners. LM PM strongly recommends that they be in control of your calendar to ensure a smooth problem free booking system. The calendar system is automated and accessible to the homeowners for their viewing.

Reservation Maintenance – LM PM will provide confirmation of rentals and collection of deposit and rental money. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted on homeowner’s behalf and will be disbursed to your bank account by way of money wire or will be deposited in your Mexican bank account in Melaque upon completion of the rental booking. Preparation of accounting and activity reports will be provided on a monthly basis.

Guest Services – LM PM will meet and greet your guest and review property’s inventory list with guest upon check-in and check out. Special Request Services include meeting your guest at the airport, assist with car rental, grocery shopping and supply services.

Rental Management Fee Structure in USD

20% of rental income. This will be divided with other agencies when applicable. When a property owner provides a rental, the charge is reduced to 10% and tailored to suit the owner’s needs. LM PM still offers the above services regarding the guest management when this applies.

10% of rental income. This Listing Service is designed for the property owner who does not require the Guest Services and is able to manage their own rental. The services that are included in your free listing are: property listing, management of calendar, collection and disbursement of deposits and payments.

Rates regarding long term rentals will be provided upon request.
