Maintenance Service – LM PM will have control of the property, introducing a general supervision program, which will include a visit from LM PM to the property 2 days a week. The property management team will co-ordinate with owners on maintenance, such as maid service, gardening service, pool service and overall improvements. LM PM will hire and supervise contractors as required for general maintenance, renovations, and emergencies on your behalf.

Maid Service – LM PM will introduce a program for the property in which the maids will be instructed on how to properly maintain the rental to the highest standards. Our Property Manager will work very closely in managing this process.

Expense Reporting – LM PM will be responsible for payment of all utilities, maintenance, condominium fees, and property taxes for the unit or home. LM PM provides an expense statement to the homeowner which details the expenses and also provided with each payment is a copy of the invoice/bill for your review.

Special Services – LM PM will assist homeowner with decorating, furnishing, and remodeling and oversee these projects.
