Medical Clinic: Located on the road leaving La Manzanilla next to the school on the right side of the road. It is a small white building which stocks pharmaceuticals. The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This clinic provides limited services; for xrays and blood work one needs to go to Cihautlan Hospital approximately 35 minutes drive away.

Pharmacy: There is a good pharmacy on the main street in the village run by a medical doctor, Dra. Martha Aceves Franco. Hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
